I really did wake up one morning with an image in my head of someone long gone in my life. As Jim Croce put it "we lived together then, now we do not even say hello" and later "now we're just lonely people, trying to forget each other's names". If you don't know Jim then you are missing something. The feeling I had that whole morning was just shady and melancholy. It was a grey winter's day and nothing seemed lively, almost like I was living in a memory. And the worst part of it was that it's true, you don't know me at all anymore, (nor I you). Do you even care? Everyone probably asks this question sooner or later. So I decided that today was my day to ask it. To celebrate I wrote a song. Here it is.
